Mr. Roger D. Wedin is the Executive Vice - President of Oneida Realty Company and a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Roger has been with the company for the past 25 years. He is responsible for managing daily operations of multi - tenanted office buildings and parking ramps including leasing, tenant relations, remodeling administration, scheduling of services, and budget and financial reporting. Roger has implemented the company's Loss Prevention Program and Employees Right to Know Program. He is also responsible for management and oversight of company's property, liability and workers compensation insurance programs.
Mr. Wedin is an active member of a number of organizations including Building Owners and Managers Association, the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce, and the City of Duluth Planning Commission. He is also a current member and a past chair of the Greater Downtown Council.
