Mr. Terry F. Netzel has been a Property Manager and a Licensed Real Estate Agent for the past 20 years. Terry actively manages and directs all aspects of operations related to the business associated with real estate ownership and real estate management.
Terry is an active member of several organizations including the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce. Terry is still and active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association as well as the past President. Terry is currently Skywalk Operating Committee Chair at the Greater Downtown Council. Terry specializes in new leasing activity and coordination of the tenant improvement process.
