Mr. George W. Kratzner, II has been the Treasurer and Controller of Oneida Realty Company for over 15 years. He holds a BS degree in Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University as well as a Certificate of Advanced Accounting from Aurora University in Aurora, Illinois. He has over 33 years of accounting experience and is responsible for financial operations, office management and in house IT operations.
Mr. Kratzner is the Secretary/Treasurer of the Duluth Building Owners and Managers Association and a former board member of First Plan of Minnesota.
