Mr. Mark C. Hellerud has been the Parking Operations Manager for Oneida Realty Company for 27 years. He currently manages seven parking facilities. Mark is responsible for the hiring, training and supervision of all parking operations. Mark performs daily inspections which include scheduling and supervision of snow removal and sanding, ramp flushing, sweeping, stripping and general maintenance and upkeep. Mark oversees 8 parking ramps/lots with over 1,300 parking stalls. Mark coordinates sales for monthly contract parking, vendor validations and special parking promotions.
Mark is experienced with maintenance and repair of parking control equipment including ticket spitters, gate arms, traffic counters and card access systems and is also responsible for quarterly rate survey of area ramps and garages and advises management accordingly.
