Mr. Brian D. Forcier is currently a Property Manager and responsible for oversight of Oneida Building Services, overseeing Oneida Building Services which offers general janitorial, high rise window cleaning, parking lot and ramp maintenance, and maintenance services. Brian has been with the company for 10 years and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and holds the highly regarded Certificate in Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Brian is a graduate of the College of Saint Scholastica with a degree in Management and Finance.
Brian is an active member and Director of the Building Owners and Managers Association, Duluth Chamber of Commerce, Building Service Contractors Association, Cleaning and Maintenance Management Association, member of the Duluth Young Professional Organization, and a candidate and member of the CCIM Institute.
